Czwarty, solowy album Donalda Fagena zatytułowany “Sunken Condos” ukaże się w dniu 16 października 2012 roku. Dziewięć nowych utworów znajdujących się na płycie powstało w koprodukcji Michaela Leonharta. Prawie wszystkie utwory znajdujące się na płycie są autorstwa Donalda. Na albumie znajduję się jeden cover i jest to “Out of the Getto” Issaca Hayes. Singlem promującym album jest “I’m Not The Same Without You”.
